Job Description
Guarantee Administrator – Independent Contract (Automobile)
MASJ Services is seeking 1 to 2 independent professionals to support its growth in the automotive sector. The role of Guarantee Administrator aims to manage warranty files and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warranty files and customer claims: verify eligibility, apply exclusions, and determine compensation.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure prompt and accurate processing of warranties.
- Collaborate with after-sales, quality teams, and suppliers to resolve disputes.
- Record and update information in management systems (CRM/ERP and internal databases).
- Prepare reports on warranty trends and suggest process improvements.
- Communicate professionally with clients and partners.
Profile Required
- Good knowledge of the automotive sector.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, warranty management systems, CRM/ERP) and ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Availability of 20 to 40 hours per week.
- Ability to work independently remotely.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role; experience as a technical advisor is a plus.
