Job Description

Warranty Administrator – Independent Contractor (1 to 2 positions)

Hook MASJ Services is rapidly growing and seeking 1 to 2 independent professionals to support its development in the automotive sector. You will be responsible for managing warranty cases and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. Remote work possible, flexible schedule, and varied tasks.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage warranty cases and customer claims, verify eligibility, and apply exclusions.
  • Track deadlines, ensure quick and accurate handling of warranties.
  • Collaborate with after-sales service, quality teams, and suppliers to resolve warranty disputes.
  • Record and update information in management systems (CRM/ERP and internal databases).
  • Prepare reports on warranty trends and suggest operational improvements.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and partners.

Profile sought

  • Good knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience (claims, technical advice, or warranty management).
  • Strong computer skills (Office suite; warranty management systems; CRM/ERP; ability to quickly learn new tools).
  • Availability of 20 to 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to work independently from home.
  • Technical advice knowledge is a plus; experience in this field is welcome.
