Warranty Administrator – Independent Contractor (1–2 positions)

MASJ Services is expanding rapidly and is looking for 1 to 2 independent contractors to support our growth in the automotive sector. As a Warranty Administrator, you will manage warranty files, contribute to process improvements, and work remotely.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage warranty files and customer claims, verify eligibility, and apply exclusions
• Track deadlines and ensure quick and accurate warranty processing
• Collaborate with after-sales service teams, quality departments, and suppliers to resolve disputes
• Record and update information in management systems (CRM/ERP and internal databases)
• Prepare reports on warranty trends and suggest improvements
• Communicate professionally with clients and partners

Profile Sought

• Good knowledge of the automotive sector
• Strong computer skills (Office Suite, warranty management systems, CRM/ERP) and ability to quickly learn new tools
• Availability of 20 to 40 hours per week
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• 2 years of experience required
• Experience as a technical advisor is an asset
