MASJ Services — Warranty Administrator (Independent Contractor)

About MASJ Services

MASJ Services is rapidly expanding in the automotive sector and is seeking 1 to 2 independent professionals to support our growth. You will join a dynamic organization that promotes autonomy, quality of service, and continuous process improvement.

The Position

  • Title: Warranty Administrator (independent contract)
  • Hours: 20 to 40 hours per week
  • Remote work: autonomous remote work
  • Objective: manage warranty files, handle claims, and contribute to process optimization

Responsibilities

  • Manage warranty files and customer claims: verify eligibility, apply exclusions, and ensure fast and accurate processing
  • Track deadlines and ensure efficient execution
  • Collaborate with after-sales, quality teams, and suppliers to resolve warranty disputes
  • Record and update information in management systems (CRM/ERP and internal databases)
  • Prepare reports on warranty trends and propose improvements
  • Communicate professionally with clients and partners

Profile Sought

  • Good knowledge of the automotive sector
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office suite, warranty management systems, CRM/ERP) and ability to quickly learn new tools
  • Autonomy and capacity to work remotely
  • Availability of 20 to 40 hours per week
  • Minimum experience: 2 years in a role related to warranty management or technical support
  • An advantage: experience as a technical advisor
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
