• Manage warranty claims and ensure efficient payment follow-up
• Maintain quality service and customer satisfaction

• Experience: 1 year as a Claims Clerk (or similar position)
• Skills: Efficient, Autonomous, Analytical mindset
• Software: SERTI - Administration; Autoflexilog; PBS Systems
