Job Description
Guarantee Administrator – Independent Contractor (Automotive)
MASJ Services, rapidly expanding, is seeking 1 to 2 independent professionals to support our growth in the automotive sector. Do you want to work autonomously and have a tangible impact on improving warranty processes? This position is made for you.
Mission Manage warranty files and customer claims, ensure quick and reliable processing, and contribute to continuous process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Manage warranties and customer claims: assess eligibility, apply exclusions, and determine corrective actions.
- Monitor deadlines (SLAs) and ensure prompt and accurate handling of requests.
- Collaborate with after-sales service teams, quality teams, and suppliers to resolve warranty disputes.
- Record and update information in systems (CRM/ERP and internal databases).
- Prepare reports on warranty trends and propose improvements.
- Communicate professionally with customers and partners.
Profile sought
- Good knowledge of the automotive sector and its after-sales ecosystem.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, warranty management software, CRM/ERP) and ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Availability from 20 to 40 hours per week; autonomous work and remote work enabled.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in roles related to warranty, claims management, or similar technical functions.
- Bonus: experience as a technical advisor.
- Key qualities: rigor, analytical mindset, service-oriented, professional communication.
