Job Description
As a field agent – vehicle inspection, you will be the face of WX with dealerships and a key player in territorial development. You combine technical rigor, customer service skills, and autonomy to support exchanges and the growth of our network.
Your Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles in the field accurately and thoroughly
- Take photographs of vehicles and produce professional visuals
- Write descriptive and attractive vehicle descriptions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships
- Conduct regular visits to clients and cover a defined area
- Use photography tools and internal applications for documentation
- Manage your schedule and prioritize visits based on client needs
- Ensure the quality of inspections in accordance with WX standards
- Collaborate with the account representative to support territorial development
Profile Sought
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Strong interest in outdoor work and travel
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
- People skills, professionalism, and independence
- Good knowledge of vehicles, brands, and models
- Bilingual in French/English is an asset
- Great attention to detail
- Interest in the automotive field (an asset)
- Experience in inspection, automotive aesthetics, or bodywork (an asset)
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay + motivating commissions (potential $50,000 to $100,000 per year)
