About WholesaleXpress WholesaleXpress (WX) is a digital auction platform facilitating vehicle exchanges between dealerships, beyond local borders. Founded in 2013, WX has established itself as a major player and continues its expansion across North America. You will be the ambassador of WX with our partner dealerships.

Your role As a Field Agent – Vehicle Inspection, you will build strong relationships with dealerships, conduct thorough inspections, and take professional photographs to support territory development in collaboration with the account representative.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles accurately and with attention to detail
• Photograph vehicles and produce high-quality visuals
• Write complete and engaging vehicle descriptions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships
• Plan and carry out regular field visits
• Ensure compliance with WX inspection standards
• Manage your schedule to cover multiple clients and zones
• Contribute to territory development with the account representative

Desired profile

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• Enjoyment of outdoor work and travel
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, professionalism
• Good knowledge of vehicles, brands, and models
• Bilingual French/English is an asset
• Great attention to detail
• Strong interest in the automotive industry (an asset)
• Experience in inspection, automotive aesthetics, or bodywork (an asset)

Conditions and benefits

• Competitive salary from CAD 50,000 to CAD 100,000 per year + motivating commissions
