Used Vehicle Sales Manager

At Honda Casavant, used vehicles are at the heart of our success. Our used vehicle department is already high-performing (about 1.5 used vehicles sold for every new vehicle). We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee and develop this activity towards new results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire used vehicle department
• Purchase between 150 and 200 vehicles per year through auctions and platforms (Marketplace, Openlane, Wholesale Express, auctions, etc.)
• Actively participate in desk activities and transaction closures (Closing / TO)
• Maximize profitability and inventory turnover
• Develop and motivate a high-performing team

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales Director (ideally in used vehicles)
• Excellent skills at the desk and in Closing / TO
• Strong purchaser and negotiator
• Passionate about used vehicles, numbers, and performance
• Recognized leader for results and ability to unite a team
