Main Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, and balance tires on rims, including seasonal replacements and rotations, according to manufacturer and vehicle specifications.
• Inspect tires and rims for damage, wear, and defects; recommend appropriate maintenance or replacement actions.
• Check and adjust tire pressure and configure TPMS sensors; diagnose and communicate technical issues to after-sales service and customers when necessary.
• Perform mounting and dismounting on a variety of vehicles, respecting BMW standards and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace; adhere to quality procedures and workshop safety rules.
• Document interventions and contribute to traceability of parts and services.
• Advise customers on tire options (summer/winter), configurations, and relevant accessories in collaboration with the service team.

Profile and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar tire and wheel installation role.
• Knowledge of TPMS systems and workshop tools (tire changer, balancer, tire press, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical sheets and specifications.
• Good physical skills and ability to work standing for long periods, handle loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Team spirit and excellent customer service attitude.
• Technical training or diploma in automotive mechanics or equivalent is considered an asset.
• Valid driver's license.
