Key Responsibilities
- Install, remove, mount, and balance tires and wheels on vehicles, following specified procedures and torque settings.
- Inspect tires and rims for signs of wear or damage; recommend appropriate replacements or repairs.
- Check and adjust tire pressure; perform rim mounting and balancing according to Rolls-Royce standards.
- Use tire mounting and dismounting equipment ensuring safety and precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop; adhere to safety standards and high-quality standards.
- Work closely with service technicians and customer advisors to provide a premium experience.
- Participate in the final inspection of vehicles after service and apply quality controls.
Profile Sought
- 1 year of experience in installing tires and wheels or in a similar position in an auto workshop.
- Knowledge of installation, balancing, and mounting tools and equipment; ability to read and follow technical procedures.
- Good manual skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle heavy tires and wheels.
- Team spirit, customer service orientation, and excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a performance-oriented environment.
