- Install and remove tires and wheels on vehicles, perform installation and mounting following manufacturer standards and safety procedures.
- Balance wheels and assist, if needed, during inspection and alignment.
- Check the condition of tires and rims; identify anomalies and communicate necessary interventions.
- Advise customers on the choice of tires suited to their vehicle, usage conditions, and budget.
- Keep the workshop clean and tools in good condition, adhering to safety and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with the technical team and administrative staff to provide efficient and personalized customer service.
- Adapt to the use of advanced tools, especially for hybrid or electric vehicles, and pursue ongoing training.
