Experienced Tire and Wheel Installer – Gatineau

OK Pneus, a tire specialist, is seeking an experienced Tire and Wheel Installer to join their dynamic team.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of one year of experience in tire and wheel installation.
• Knowledge of disassembly/reassembly methods and tools, balancing, and rim inspection.
• Ability to work physically (lifting heavy loads, handling tires and wheels).
• Excellent skills in French; strong customer service orientation and ability to advise clients on tire choices and maintenance.
• Team spirit, reliability, and rigor in work.
• Valid driver's license preferred; experience with manual driving appreciated.

Main Responsibilities

• Install and replace tires and wheels on vehicles (cars, SUVs, utility vehicles) according to safety standards and manufacturer instructions.
• Verify tire condition, perform balancing and wheel mounting; identify defects and recommend replacement when necessary.
• Conduct safety checks (pressure, wear, tightening according to prescribed torque).
• Advise clients on tire options (seasonal, summer/winter, performance) and additional services.
• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and safe; manage tire and wheel inventory and ensure stock rotation.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure fast, efficient, and quality service.
