Job Opportunity: Window Tint Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Window Tint Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about the art of applying tinted films and want to work in an environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction, we want to meet you!
Main Responsibilities:
- Surface Preparation: Clean, inspect, and adjust glass surfaces before installation.
- Film Installation: Apply tinted films according to customer specifications and legal standards.
- Finish Perfection: Use advanced techniques to avoid bubbles, wrinkles, or imperfections.
- Customer Consultation: Inform customers about the benefits of tinting (UV protection, privacy, aesthetics) and legal compliance.
- Follow-up and Touch-ups: Make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Workshop Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe.
- Compliance: Ensure all products meet provincial/federal regulations.
- Collaboration: Work in synergy with the automotive service team to coordinate tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in window tinting installation is a significant asset.
- Technical Skills: Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and precision under pressure.
- Knowledge of Tools: Familiarity with specialized tools (squeegee, heat gun, etc.).
- Regulation: Knowledge of laws regarding allowed tint levels.
- Customer Service: Professionalism and excellent relationship with clients.
- License: Valid driver's license required.
