Mechanic / Technician – Honda Workshop (Terrebonne, QC)

Recognized Honda dealer, Lallier Honda Terrebonne is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join its workshop. You will become part of a high-performing team and help deliver a top-tier customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles according to Honda manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.
• Perform inspections and interventions on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems; conduct road tests.
• Diagnose faults with specialized tools, interpret error codes, and propose effective solutions; follow up on interventions.
• Clearly communicate results and recommendations to customers and service teams; follow up until repairs are completed.
• Collaborate with technicians and reception teams to ensure prompt and quality service.
• Adhere to safety rules, quality protocols, and deadlines.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 1 year experience in auto mechanics; experience in dealership or on Honda vehicles is an asset.
• DEP or equivalent diploma in auto mechanics; relevant certifications appreciated.
• Mastery of diagnostic tools, mechanical and electrical systems; ability to read technical diagrams.
• Team spirit, customer service skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in French; English is an asset.

• Diagnosis and repair of internal combustion engines.
• Diagnosis and maintenance of anti-pollution systems; hybrid or electric vehicles.
• Diagnosis and repair of air conditioning/heating systems.
• Diagnosis and repair of fuel injection systems.
• Electrical and electronic diagnostics; programming ECM/PCM/ECU.
• Suspension and steering repairs; hydraulic braking systems.
