Heavy Truck Mechanic – Day Shift – Sainte-Julie

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair gas engines and injection systems
• Diagnose and repair anti-pollution systems, as well as hybrid or electric engines
• Diagnose and repair air conditioning and heating systems
• Diagnose and repair suspension, steering, and hydraulic braking systems
• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems; programming ECM/PCM/ECU
• Conduct diagnostics and maintenance of exhaust systems
• Work on Cummins or Paccar engines and deepen electronic diagnostics
• Participate in preventive maintenance and continuous performance improvements

Profile and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a heavy vehicle mechanic/technician
• Knowledge of the systems listed above; experience in repair and diagnostics
• Skills in electrical and electronic diagnostics
• Basic English to understand documents and technical training
• Vocational diploma not necessary; equivalent experience in heavy or agricultural machinery appreciated
• Team spirit, resourcefulness, and strong motivation to learn and improve
