Your responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and thorough inspections
- Conduct repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and repair electrical and hybrid/electric systems
- Work on modern vehicles, including plug-in hybrids and advanced all-wheel-drive systems (S-AWC)
- Collaborate with the service team to optimize the customer experience
- Maintain a high level of quality in accordance with the brand image
- Participate in continuous improvement of technical processes
Profile sought
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Excellent skills in electrical and mechanical diagnostics; experience with hybrid/electric systems is appreciated
- Rigor, precision, and attention to detail
- Team spirit and good communication skills
- Passion for automobiles and innovative technologies
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of diagnostic tools and software (e.g., PBS Systems) is an asset
