Automobile Mechanic / Technician – Nissan Saint-Jérôme (Saint-Jérôme, QC)

We are looking for a passionate and reliable automobile Mechanic / Technician to join our Nissan workshop in Saint-Jérôme. You have at least 1 year of experience and wish to grow in a professional environment focused on customer service and quality interventions.

Job Description

• Diagnose and repair light and utility vehicles according to Nissan procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and part replacements according to standards and best practices.
• Conduct road tests and verify the proper functioning of repaired systems.
• Document interventions accurately and adhere to workshop safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to provide high-quality customer service.

Areas of Intervention and Technical Responsibilities

• Engine diagnosis and repair (gasoline)
• Anti-pollution systems
• Hybrid or electric vehicles
• Air conditioning and heating
• Gasoline injection
• Electricity and electronics
• ECM / PCM / ECU programming
• Suspension and steering
• Hydraulic braking systems

Desired Profile

• DEP in automotive mechanics or equivalent training
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (or equivalent apprenticeship experience)
• Knowledge of electronic systems and diagnostic ability (OBD, etc.)
• Good customer service skills, team spirit, and professional rigor
• Valid driver’s license
• Fluent in French; English is an asset
