Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and Fiat vehicles.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with the company’s quality standards.
• Work closely with the service team to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
• Complete and track service reports to inform customers about repairs made.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a mechanic/technician in the automotive field.
• Certification in automotive mechanics (a significant asset).
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt according to customers' priorities and needs.
