Job Description

You will work directly at clients' locations or on the road to perform mechanical interventions in the field. You optimize service quality through diagnostics and repairs, while ensuring effective coordination with internal teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair engines and mechanical systems during on-site service calls, identifying causes and performing necessary repairs
• Diagnose and repair anti-pollution systems, injection systems, and, when necessary, hybrid or electric vehicles
• Diagnose and repair air/conditioning and heating systems
• Program ECM/PCM/ECU components
• Repair suspension, steering, and hydraulic brake systems
• Document and track repairs, with clear reports
• Conduct road tests to verify repair compliance when required
• Coordinate technical interventions with parts service and technical advisors when additional work is needed or impossible on the road
• Maintain the organization and proper functioning of tools and equipment, and adhere to safety procedures

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in heavy-duty automotive mechanics
• Diploma in heavy vehicle mechanics (asset)
• Class 3 driver's license required, good driving record
• Advanced proficiency in IT tools
• Excellent customer service skills
• Versatility, autonomy, and team spirit
• English considered an asset
