Mechanic / Automotive Technician – Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville

Main Responsibilities
- Carry out the work procedures as indicated on the repair orders, with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with the manufacturer's and the dealership's standards.
- Perform repairs on vehicles within the allotted deadlines.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Maintain proactive communication with the service team when additional procedures are needed or when repairs cannot be completed within the deadlines.
- Participate in in-person and online training sessions as needed.
- Conduct road tests to ensure the quality control of the work performed.
Qualifications and Required Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a mechanic/technician (apprentice accepted).
- Experience in vehicle diagnostics (an asset).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of hybrid/electric systems (an asset).
- Strong teamwork ethic and good collaborative spirit.
- Competence card issued by the Automotive Joint Committee.
- Fluency in French; English is an asset.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years as a mechanic / technician (or equivalent position).
- Or equivalent experience in an automotive workshop.
