Main Responsibilities
- Perform the work procedures described on repair orders accurately, according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Diagnose and repair vehicles
- Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Maintain close communication with the service team when additional procedures are necessary or when repairs cannot be completed within the timeframe
- Participate in in-person and online training sessions
- Conduct test drives to ensure work quality
Desired Profile and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a car mechanic/technician
- Experience in automotive diagnostics (an asset)
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of electric and hybrid vehicles (an asset)
- Strong team-oriented work ethic
- Possession of a competency card issued by the Automotive Parity Committee
Required Experience
- 1 year of experience as a car mechanic/technician
