Compensation

• Attractive package: +20% on your current hourly rate for experienced technicians.
• Compensation is adjusted based on experience and qualifications.

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and repairs of gasoline engines and anti-pollution systems
• Maintenance and repair of brakes (hydraulic systems)
• Work on suspensions and steering
• Diagnostics and repairs of electrical and electronic systems
• ECM / PCM / ECU programming
• Diagnostics and maintenance of HVAC systems (air conditioning and heating)
• Diagnostics and repair of gasoline injection systems
• Work on hybrid and electric vehicles
• Interventions on Ford vehicles, including Transit, commercial vans, and box trucks
• Troubleshooting and solving complex mechanical problems

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive mechanics
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work on light and commercial vehicles
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic and physically demanding environment
• Quality mindset, good customer service skills
• Ford certification or experience considered a major asset
