Key Responsibilities

• Carry out diagnostics and repairs on Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC models.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with General Motors of Canada standards.

Required Qualifications

• DEP or diploma in automotive mechanics or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience in a dealership or automotive service environment with a skills card.
• Mastery of automotive systems and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities.

Specific Duties

• Diagnosis and repair of gasoline engines, anti-pollution systems, hybrid or electric vehicles, air conditioning and heating systems, and fuel injection systems (gasoline).
• Programming ECM - PCM - ECU.
• Repairing suspension, steering, and braking systems (hydraulic).

Desired Experience

• 3 years of experience as a Mechanic / Technician.
• 1 year as a Lead Mechanic / Technician.

Other Requirements

• Valid driver's license required, with experience in driving manual transmission.
• Knowledge of Reynolds software.
