Experienced Mechanic / Technician – Aston Martin & Bentley

Job type: Full-time | Location: Montreal and Eastern Canada

We are looking for an experienced mechanic/technician for our workshop dedicated to Aston Martin and Bentley brands. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience and a genuine passion for excellence in customer service and the quality of interventions.

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair luxury vehicles (Aston Martin and Bentley) on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards and internal procedures.
• Use and master OEM diagnostic tools and manufacturer software to accurately identify and resolve faults.
• Write clear intervention reports and document work in the internal service system.
• Work with the after-sales team to provide an exceptional customer experience and meet deadlines.
• Actively participate in workplace safety and maintain service quality standards.

Profile Sought

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive mechanics.
• Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic systems; ability to interpret diagrams and diagnostics.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and procedures used by dealerships.
• Experience with standards and procedures specific to luxury brands is an asset.

Qualifications and Certifications

• Diploma or relevant training in automotive mechanics (DEC or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license; availability to work according to service needs.
• Knowledge of luxury brands (an asset) and demonstrated interest in Aston Martin, Bentley, Jaguar, and Land Rover.
• Technical bilingual in French/English is an asset.
• Desired certifications: Halocarbon; CPA competency card (1, 2, or 3) or CPA Apprentice (1st, 2nd, or 3rd year).

• OEM diagnostics and programming.
• Computer skills and ability to work with workshop management systems (e.g., CDK Global or equivalent).
