Experienced Automotive Mechanic / Technician (Minimum 5 years)

About the position

Contribute to customer satisfaction by performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Hyundai vehicles and other makes, in accordance with OEM standards and internal procedures.

Main responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Hyundai vehicles and others in the fleet, according to OEM standards and internal procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance, mechanical overhauls, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment, ensure precise and compliant work, respecting deadlines and quality standards.
• Document interventions in the computer system, communicate with service managers, and explain work performed and costs to customers when necessary.
• Keep a clean and safe workspace, and collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and an efficient workflow.

Desired profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive mechanics.
• Required skill cards.
• Team spirit, technical rigor, and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and respect priorities and deadlines.

Technical skills and areas of expertise

• Diagnosis and repair of gasoline engines and anti-pollution systems
• Diagnosis and repair of hybrid or electric vehicles
• Diagnosis and repair of air conditioning/heating systems
• Diagnosis and repair of fuel injection systems
• Electrical and electronic diagnosis; ECM / PCM / ECU programming
• Suspension and steering repair
• Repair and maintenance of the braking system (hydraulic)
