Centre D'Auto Expert F S Inc., based in Montreal, is seeking an experienced Mechanic / Technician to join a dynamic and dedicated team.

Main responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems of vehicles.
• Perform preventive maintenance and interventions according to manufacturer procedures and safety standards.
• Diagnose breakdowns using specialized tools and modern diagnostic methods.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals.
• Record interventions and prepare technical reports.
• Collaborate with other technicians and advisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respect deadlines and quality standards.

Profile and requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive mechanics.
• DEP in automotive mechanics or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and ability to use diagnostic tools.
• Good problem-solving skills, team spirit, and customer service orientation.
• Valid driver's license (class 5).

Technical skills and tools

• Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and technical manuals

• Diagnosis and repair of gasoline engines

• Diagnosis and repair of anti-pollution systems

• Diagnosis and repair of hybrid or electric vehicles

• Diagnosis and repair of air conditioning and heating systems

• Diagnosis and repair of injection systems (gasoline)

• Electrical and electronic diagnosis and repair

• Repair of suspension and steering

• Repair and maintenance of hydraulic braking systems

• Software used: Mitchell On Demand, AB Magic
