Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain new and used vehicles according to manufacturer standards and internal procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, and functional tests.
• Analyze failures, propose sustainable solutions, and accurately document interventions.
• Collaborate with the service team to optimize timelines and ensure an impeccable customer experience.
• Follow safety rules, keep the workshop clean and organized, and ensure proper functioning of tools and equipment.

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in auto mechanics (1st or 2nd class mechanic).
• DEP diploma or equivalent in automotive mechanics.
• Solid knowledge of engine systems, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and automotive electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manufacturer procedures.
• Strong customer service skills and team spirit.
• Valid driver's license and ability to perform road tests.
• Flexibility to work according to the dealership's schedule and adapt to operational needs.
• CPA skill card (1, 2, 3 or A, B, C) is an asset.
