Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain new and used vehicles according to manufacturer standards and our internal procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, and functional tests.
• Analyze failures, propose lasting solutions, and accurately document interventions.
• Collaborate with the service team to optimize turnaround times and ensure a quality customer experience.
• Adhere to safety rules, keep the workshop clean and organized, and ensure proper functioning of tools and equipment.

Examples of Areas of Intervention

• Diagnosis and repair of gasoline engines and anti-pollution systems
• Hybrid or electric vehicles
• Air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems
• Gasoline injection systems and electrical/electronic systems
• ECM/PCM/ECU programming
• Suspension, steering, and hydraulic braking systems

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive mechanics (First Class Mechanic) required.
• DEP certificate or equivalent in automotive mechanics.
• Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and automotive electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manufacturer procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills and team spirit.
• Valid driver's license and ability to perform road tests.
• Availability to work according to the dealership's schedule and adapt to operational needs.
• CPA skills card (1, 2, 3, or A, B, C) or equivalent.
