Automotive Mechanic / Technician – Maserati Montreal (Mont-Royal)

Maserati Montreal, a leading dealership serving the Montreal area, is looking for a passionate and skilled Mechanic / Technician to join its workshop in Mont-Royal. You will work on Maserati vehicles and other premium brands (Audi, BMW, Mini), contributing to exceptional customer experiences and high-quality work.

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems of vehicles.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and specific software.
• Collaborate with the after-sales service and technicians to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Maintain accurate intervention records and ensure traceability.
• Guarantee safety, cleanliness, and order in the workshop.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technical training.
• Perform specific diagnostics and repairs (gas engine, anti-pollution systems, hybrids/electrics, air conditioning, fuel injection, electrical/electronic systems, ECM/PCM/ECU programming, suspension and steering, hydraulic braking).

Profile and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in an automotive workshop.
• Degree in automotive mechanics or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems; proficiency with diagnostics and OBD tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
