Mechanic / Automotive Technician – Luxury and High-Performance Vehicles

Location: Mont-Royal, Quebec

We are seeking an experienced mechanic/technician to join our high-end service team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of practical experience and is able to operate discreetly and rigorously in an environment dedicated to customer excellence.

Context and Mission

Integrated into a 6,500 m² facility dedicated to automotive excellence, you will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on high-end and exotic vehicles. You will work in a distinguished setting that includes secure storage and concierge services, in close collaboration with service and client relations teams to provide a seamless and personalized experience to an international clientele and private clubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability systems of luxury and high-performance vehicles.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, routine services, and inspections with great meticulousness.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to identify root causes and propose sustainable solutions.
• Perform quality checks, road tests, and accurately document all interventions.
• Collaborate with concierge, storage, and service teams to ensure an exceptional and discreet customer experience.
• Keep the workshop clean, safe, and organized; adhere to safety, environmental, and confidentiality standards.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding findings, recommended services, and timeframes, while preserving member confidentiality.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on technologies and procedures specific to each brand.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience as a mechanic/automotive technician
• Strong diagnostic skills and mastery of modern repair tools and equipment
• Proven experience with luxury, high-performance, or exotic vehicles (ideally)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE or equivalent) appreciated
• Solid knowledge of engine, transmission, suspension, braking, and electronic systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to interact with private club members
• Bilingual French/English (or proficient in English)
• Valid driver’s license and availability for variable hours
