Mike Auto Sport is seeking a motivated Mechanic / Technician to join its dynamic workshop. The position is accessible as an apprentice mechanic, with opportunities for advancement and a team culture focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Diagnose and repair used vehicles according to manufacturer standards and internal procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and general mechanical repairs (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical work, diagnostics).
• Conduct road tests and assess the quality of interventions.
• Document work, complete work orders, and handle administrative follow-up of interventions.
• Collaborate with other technicians and advisors to propose suitable solutions and optimize customer returns.
• Typical areas of intervention: gasoline engines, anti-pollution systems, air conditioning and heating, injection systems, electrical and electronic systems, suspension and steering, braking (hydraulic).

Desired Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in general mechanics; apprentice card (ideal).
• Ability to diagnose simple mechanical and electrical systems and use appropriate diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and interpret technical bulletins.
• Valid driver's license.
• Fluent in French; English is an asset.
• Team spirit, organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
• Full-time availability; flexibility according to operational needs.
