Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles (American, Japanese, German), ensuring safety and performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, and necessary inspections.
• Replace defective parts, make adjustments, and conduct functional tests.
• Advise clients on upcoming maintenance and propose suitable technical solutions with transparency and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and ensure the quality of work.
• Use modern tools and technologies and actively participate in ongoing training.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment that complies with safety standards.

Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive mechanics.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and motivation for new challenges.
• Integrity, customer service orientation, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Autonomy, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Reside on the South Shore of Montreal.
• Interest in becoming involved in the company with a view to becoming a future partner-owner.

Skills and Qualifications

• Technical: diagnosis and repair of gasoline engines, anti-pollution systems, hybrid or electric vehicles, air conditioning/heating, injection systems, electrical and electronic systems, ECM/PCM/ECU programming, suspension, steering, and hydraulic braking systems.
• Valid driver's license; experience with manual transmission.
• Software: Mitchell On Demand, Costar.
• Certifications: Halocarbures.
