We are recruiting at Pneus et Mécanique Normand, a partner of the NAPA AUTOPRO network, an experienced mechanic ready to evolve into a partner role within the company.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive mechanics (mechanic / technician).
• Solid skills in diagnostics, major repairs, preventive maintenance, and use of modern technological tools.
• Honest attitude, resourcefulness, and positive energy at the start of each day.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to clearly explain solutions to clients.
• Residence on the South Shore of Montreal.
• Personal stability and motivation for a long-term project.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced technicians to diagnose and repair:
  • Gas engines, anti-pollution systems, hybrid/electric vehicles
  • Air conditioning and heating systems
  • Injection system and electrical/electronic harnesses
  • ECM/PCM/ECU programming
  • Suspension and steering, hydraulic braking
• Ensure preventive maintenance and client advice, using modern tools and internal methods.
• Propose clear technical solutions tailored to client needs.

Skills and Requirements

• Mechanic / Technician with 3+ years of verified experience.
• Proficiency in diagnostics and repairs across a variety of engines and systems.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to explain technical solutions simply.
• Organized, rigorous, and committed to cleanliness and order in the workshop.
