- Collaborate closely with the team to improve work processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining the performed interventions and advising on future maintenance.
- Actively participate in learning about hybrid and electric vehicle technologies.
Desired Skills
- Degree in automotive mechanics or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience, ideally in a workshop.
- Mastery of modern automotive systems and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer-oriented communication skills.

Key Tasks
- Diagnose and repair engines and pollution control systems.
- Work on hybrid or electric vehicles.
- Maintain air conditioning, heating, injection, and electronic systems.
- Program ECM, PCM, and ECU.
- Repair suspension, steering, and braking systems.
Required Experience
- 3 years as a Mechanic / Technician (Apprentice).
- 1 year as a certified Mechanic / Technician.
Prerequisites
- Driver's license with experience in manual transmission.
- Knowledge of software: Mitchell On Demand, AllData, GEM-CAR - Service Management.
Desired Qualities
- Punctuality.
- Independence and analytical mindset.
Preferred Certifications
- CPA competency card (levels 1, 2, 3 or A, B, C).
- CPA competency card (Apprentice 1st, 2nd, 3rd year).
