Automotive Technician – Apprentice Level (Ford Île-Perrot – Autoforce Group)
Ford Île-Perrot, a member of the Autoforce Group, is seeking an apprentice-level mechanic or automotive technician to strengthen its team.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles according to manufacturer standards; perform preventive maintenance
- Use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment; complete work reports in the SERTI system
- Comply with health and safety standards
- Work on mechanical and electronic systems; perform interventions on engines (diesel and gasoline), transmissions, anti-pollution systems, hybrid/electric vehicles
- Diagnose and repair injection systems (diesel and gasoline), air conditioning and heating systems, electrical and electronic components
- Program ECM/PCM/ECU; repair suspension, steering, and hydraulic braking system
- Wheel alignment
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience as an automotive technician
- CPA competency card at apprentice level (3rd, 2nd, or 1st class) or third-year apprentice status
- Valid driver’s license
- Attention to detail, solid manual skills, and toolset
- Ford certification or experience with North American brands considered an asset
