Automotive Mechanic / Technician – Electrical and ADAS Specialist (EV)

Auto D.R. mechanic, specializing in electrical diagnostics, certified EV, ADAS alignment and calibration, general mechanical work, and preventive maintenance, is looking for an Automotive Mechanic/Technician to join their team. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on quality work and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems of vehicles, in accordance with EV requirements and manufacturer procedures
• Perform alignment and calibration of ADAS systems (sensors, cameras, radars)
• Carry out preventive maintenance and general mechanical repairs
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and manufacturer procedures
• Propose technical solutions and ensure quality control of interventions
• Collaborate with other technicians to optimize diagnostics and turnaround times

Technical Areas of Intervention

• Diagnosis and repair of petrol engines and injection systems
• Diagnosis and repair of anti-pollution systems
• Diagnosis and repair of hybrid or electric vehicles
• Diagnosis and repair of air conditioning and heating systems
• Diagnosis and programming (ECM/PCM/ECU)
• Suspension and steering repairs
• Hydraulic brake system repairs

Profile Sought

• Diploma in automotive mechanics or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the field
• Valid driver's license
• EV certification or equivalent experience in electrical diagnostics is an asset
• Skills in electrical diagnostics, reading diagrams, and ADAS calibrations are assets
