Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models, with precision.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Actively collaborate with the team and share your knowledge to improve our services.
- Stay informed about technological advances and actively participate in training offered by the internal Academy.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards and contribute to reducing the ecological footprint of the workshop.
Main Tasks
- Oil and filter changes
- Diagnosis and repair of petrol engines
- Diagnosis and repair of air conditioning and heating systems
- Vehicle inspection and verification
- Application of manufacturer's preventive maintenance programs
- Repair of suspension and steering
- Repair and maintenance of hydraulic brake systems
Desired Profile
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in automotive mechanics
- Diploma in automotive mechanics or equivalent technical training
- Knowledge of electric vehicles considered an asset (VE program)
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with clients
- Passion for the industry and commitment to quality service
Requirements and Certifications
- Driver’s license; experience with manual driving
- Relevant CPA certifications (CPA Skill Card 1/2/3 or A/B/C or equivalents for apprentices in the 1st/2nd/3rd year)
