Profile Sought

• Experience: at least 3 years in automotive mechanics
• Training: diploma in automotive mechanics or equivalent technical training
• Advantage: knowledge of electric vehicles
• Skills: diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance, safety and quality management
• Personal qualities: team spirit, ability to communicate effectively with clients, autonomy, and passion for the industry
• Commitment: willingness to pursue ongoing training and share knowledge

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure safety and performance
• Collaborate with the team and share your knowledge to improve services
• Actively participate in ongoing training offered by the internal Academy
• Respect safety and quality standards; help reduce the environmental footprint

Daily Tasks

• Oil and filter changes
• Diagnostic and repair of gasoline engines and electrical/hybrid systems
• Diagnostic and repair of air conditioning and heating systems
• Inspection and vehicle checks
• Apply manufacturer’s preventive maintenance programs
• Repair suspension and steering
• Repair and maintain the braking system (hydraulic)

Certifications and Permits

• Driver’s license for cars; experience with manual transmission
• CPA certifications (Competence Card) – levels 1, 2, or 3, or Apprenticeship 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year
