Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems, transmissions, braking, and engine systems of vehicles.
• Perform maintenance recommended by the manufacturer and carry out emergency mechanical repairs.
• Install and balance tires, perform wheel alignment, and ensure the calibration of associated systems.
• Work on hybrid and Electric vehicles, adapting to modern tools and methods and staying up-to-date on emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with technical advisors to guide customers and propose the best solutions based on their needs and budget.
• Keep the workshop clean and safe, and adhere to internal procedures and quality standards.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive mechanics or a related field.
• Relevant training in automotive mechanics (or equivalent experience).
• Good diagnostic, problem-solving, and priority management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and deliver quality customer service.
• Knowledge of electronic tools and diagnostics, ability to read technical diagrams.
• Valid driver's license.
• CPA certifications desired (1, 2, or 3 / A, B, or C).
