The Position

• Diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines (and gasoline depending on equipment), anti-pollution systems, and related installations.
• Diagnostics and repairs of hybrid or electric vehicles.
• Maintenance and repair of air conditioning/heating systems and injection systems.
• Work on electronics and electrical systems, ECM/PCM/ECU programming.
• Suspension, steering, and hydraulic braking system repairs.
• Work with cutting-edge tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve breakdowns effectively and safely.
• Perform preventive maintenance operations and necessary repairs.
• Intervene on embedded systems, engines, and transmissions as needed.
• Document interventions and ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the team and share knowledge via BL Academy.

Profile Sought

• Diploma in heavy vehicle mechanics or equivalent experience. Or experience in automotive/agricultural mechanics wishing to specialize in heavy vehicles.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong interest in learning and skill development (junior or senior level).
• Knowledge or willingness to learn about: Detroit Diesel and Cummins engines, Bendix/Wabco ABS systems, DT12 transmission, A/C systems, and manufacturer software.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize interventions.
• Autonomy, resourcefulness, and team spirit.
• Commitment to safe practices at all times.
