Master Technician Class 1 – Electric Diagnostic Specialist

In brief An experienced, autonomous technician passionate about advanced diagnostics and complex repairs. You bring expertise in electrical diagnostics and the ability to resolve various technical issues on modern vehicles.
Your responsibilities
- Perform advanced electrical diagnostics and identify root causes of failures.
- Repair complex mechanical and electronic systems according to manufacturer standards.
- Program and reprogram control units (ECM/PCM/ECU) and ensure system integrity after interventions.
- Use specialized diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer procedures.
- Diagnose and repair systems: gasoline engines, anti-pollution systems, hybrids/electrics, air conditioning, injection, electronics, and embedded electronics.
- Supervise interventions in collaboration with the service team and ensure a quality customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized workshop aligned with safety rules.
Profile sought
- Class 1 Certification/qualification required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in diagnostics and repairs within an automotive dealership context.
- Strong experience in electrical diagnostics and capability to handle complex issues.
- Excellent analytical skills, methodical approach, and problem-solving abilities.
- Autonomy, customer service orientation, and teamworking skills.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and practical knowledge of modern vehicles (gasoline, hybrids, electric).
