The Position
As a certified CPA apprentice mechanic, you diagnose and repair vehicles accurately, while working closely with the team to meet the needs and expectations of customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on a variety of vehicles, in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Systematically document services performed and maintain clear and precise records.
- Provide exemplary customer service by explaining problems and repairs clearly and respectfully.
- Stay informed about industry trends and actively pursue the development of technical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic/technician in a dealership or automotive service center.
- Relevant professional certification or equivalent qualification in automotive technology.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and updating knowledge of automotive technology.
