Senior Technician – Master Tech, Automotive Diagnostics (Electric and Electronic)
Blainville Mitsubishi is seeking a senior technician Master Tech, specialized in automotive diagnostics with a focus on electrical and electronic systems. Join a structured environment, focused on the quality of diagnostics and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced electrical and electronic diagnostics on a variety of vehicles.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and propose durable solutions.
- Carry out repairs according to manufacturer standards and optimize service times.
- Collaborate with technical advisors and the service team.
- Ensure work is accurate, thorough, and compliant with safety and quality standards.
- Participate in resolving technical issues and improving processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with safety regulations.
- Diagnose and repair engine systems (gasoline), emission control, hybrid/electric systems, air conditioning, injection, and perform programming/calibration of controllers (ECM/PCM/ECU).
- Work on the suspension, steering, and braking systems.
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior mechanic/technician.
- Excellent mastery of automotive diagnostics, with specialization in electrical/electronic systems.
- Knowledge of Mitsubishi or Nissan brands considered an asset.
- Training in automotive mechanics (DEP or equivalent).
- Autonomous, rigorous, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Ability to manage complex diagnostics under pressure and prioritize interventions.
