Responsibilities
- Carry out accurate diagnostics and perform repairs on various vehicles.
- Collaborate with experienced mechanics to master best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on new technologies and methods.
- Maintain a clean workshop and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating repairs.
Desired Profile
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a garage or similar environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and learn from colleagues.
- Good mastery of automotive repair tools and techniques.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
Personal Qualities
- Punctual and responsible.
- Perseverance.
Experience
- At least 2 years as a Mechanic / Technician (Apprentice).
Certifications
- CPA competency card (1st, 2nd, 3rd year Apprentice).
Tasks
- Wheel alignment
- Oil and filter changes
- Diagnosis and repair of air conditioning and heating systems
- Diagnosis and electrical/electronic repairs
- Tire and wheel mounting
- Repairs of suspensions and steering systems
- Maintenance of the braking system (hydraulic)
