M2G ML Group (YUL) Inc. operates six M. Lube + Tires centers in the Greater Montreal area. We are seeking motivated apprentice mechanics to provide quality mechanical services.

Desired Profile

• CPA Skill Card – 2nd or 3rd-year apprentice (or in the process of obtaining)
• Automotive Mechanical DEP – an asset
• 1 to 3 years of workshop experience
• Ability to diagnose and perform work on brakes, suspension, steering, and calibration
• Rigorous, attentive to workmanship, and good at maintaining productivity
• Team spirit and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license
• Availability full-time or part-time depending on operational needs

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on vehicles
• Conduct work on brakes, suspension, and steering
• Perform calibrations and fluid changes (transmission, differential, transfer case, etc.)
• Provide tire service, installation, and replacement
• Conduct accurate diagnostics and clearly communicate required work
• Collaborate with colleagues and the service team to ensure optimal workflow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work bay

  • 2nd-year apprentice: $26.50 to $27.50/hour
  • 3rd-year apprentice: $27.00 to $29.00/hour

Schedule

• Availability according to operational needs (position open 7 days a week)
• Example hours: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Sunday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. (hours may evolve depending on the centers)
