Confidential recruitment for a motivated Mechanic / Technician (Apprentice) position, ready to grow in a modern workshop focused on customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles according to manufacturer standards and internal procedures, under supervision.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor to intermediate repairs, ensuring quality and traceability.
• Work on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, air conditioning, diagnostics) and conduct tests after service.
• Read and interpret work orders, document interventions, and maintain the maintenance log up to date.
• Participate in continuous process improvement and ensure workplace safety.
• Typical operational tasks: oil and filter changes; electrical/electronic diagnostics and repairs; tire and wheel mounting; suspension and steering repairs; brake system maintenance (hydraulic).

Desired Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive mechanics or related field.
• Ideally enrolled in an apprenticeship program or in the process of obtaining a DEP in automotive vehicle mechanics.
• Team spirit, good communication skills, autonomy under supervision, and attention to detail.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and use diagnostic tools.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of diagnostic tools and software (OBD, etc.) preferred.
