We are a dynamic and innovative workshop specializing in automotive repair and maintenance. We are recruiting an ambitious Mechanic / Technician (Apprentice) to join our team and contribute to high-precision interventions.
Your Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems of vehicles using diagnostic tools and internal procedures.
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on a wide range of vehicles and components.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, plans, and technical documents to ensure precise interventions.
- Diagnose complex breakdowns and propose effective solutions in collaboration with the team.
- Participate in testing, functional verification, and recommissioning of vehicles after interventions.
- Keep the workshop clean, organized, and compliant with safety and quality standards.
- Ensure traceability of used parts and document interventions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3 relevant years of experience.
- Degree or training in automotive mechanics or a related field; candidates in the process of obtaining one or undergoing apprenticeship will be considered if their background is relevant.
- Good mastery of workshop tools and equipment, as well as maintenance and repair procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and work with precision.
- Team spirit, initiative, autonomy, and good communication skills.
- Strong focus on safety and quality; attention to detail.

Job Details
- Location: Montreal, QC
- Type: Full-time – Apprenticeship (to be discussed during the interview)
- Main tasks: Engine diagnostics and repair (gasoline), anti-pollution systems, electrical and electronic systems, braking systems (hydraulic)
Experience and Certifications
- Experience: 3 years as a Mechanic / Technician (Apprentice)
- Driver’s license: Valid driver’s license
- Certifications: CPA skill card (1, 2, or 3 / A, B, C); CPA Apprentice Card (1st, 2nd, 3rd year)
