Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and replace mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of heavy trucks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections according to current technical sheets and procedures.
• Use diagnostic tools and document the interventions performed.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the workshop, and adhere to safety procedures at work.
• Collaborate with the team to plan interventions and optimize vehicle turnaround times.

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a workshop (heavy trucks or similar vehicles).
• Basic knowledge of mechanics and electricity; ability to interpret technical diagrams.
• Team spirit, organizational skills, and attention to detail; solution-oriented approach.
• Training in mechanics, related technical field or DEP preferred; apprentices are welcome.
• Fluent in French; English is an asset.
• Possession of personal tools.

• Oil and filter changes
• Diagnosis and repair of hydraulic systems
• Diagnosis and repair of hydrostatic transmissions
• Diagnosis and repair of electrical and electronic systems
• Tire mounting and balancing
• Suspension and steering repair
• Maintenance and repair of the braking system (air and hydraulic)
