Mission

Under the supervision of an experienced mentor, you participate in the entire cycle of vehicle maintenance and repair, prioritizing quality, safety, and efficiency. You develop your skills in diagnostics, disassembly and reassembly, and the use of diagnostic tools and software, while fostering a customer-oriented and results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems of light and utility vehicles.
• Perform preventive maintenance, routine repairs, and post-service testing.
• Use diagnostic tools and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to plan interventions and meet deadlines.
• Document interventions and communicate relevant information to the team and clients.

Daily Tasks Examples

• Oil and filter changes
• Electrical and electronic diagnostics and repairs
• Tire and wheel mounting
• Suspension and steering repairs
• Brake system maintenance and repairs

Desired Profile

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or equivalent practical training; apprentice status is accepted.
• Training in automotive technology or in progress, with a willingness to learn and improve.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, ability to read schematics, and use diagnostic tools.
• Good work ethic, team spirit, rigor, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work standing for long periods and handle tools and parts.
• Fluent in French; technical English is an asset.
