Automotive Technical Advisor

Action Grenier Autogroupe is seeking a Technical Advisor to strengthen its team.

Job Description

You will ensure operational support for the after-sales service and provide a quality customer experience. Your main responsibilities include:

• Opening and closing work orders; following up on interventions
• Scheduling appointments and managing the courtesy vehicle fleet
• Greeting calls, booking appointments, and following up with customers
• Tracking parts on order and communicating lead times
• Understanding and applying manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans; processing extended warranty claims
• Managing multiple software platforms used by the service department
• Preparing repair cost estimates and suggesting additional products and services
• Following up with customers and ensuring an impeccable client experience

Desired Profile

• Experience in the automotive sector (any position) preferred
• Passion for customer service and ability to work with the public
• Good command of computer tools and ability to manage multiple platforms
• Excellent organizational skills and a service-oriented attitude
• Availability for a permanent schedule from Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
